Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

One-Time Purchases

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not begun processing.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • If you no longer want the product after receiving it, you may still request a 60-day refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Subscription Purchases (If applicable)

For customers using our auto-renew subscription:

  • You may cancel, pause, or edit your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Once the next order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will apply to future renewals only.

  • Subscription cancellations do not incur any fees.

  • All subscription purchases are still covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Accidental Orders: If you placed an order by mistake, contact us immediately at support@tryopositiv.com.
We will attempt to intercept or cancel the order before processing, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails (subscription or one-time order), we’ll notify you by email so you can update your payment method. Orders are only processed once payment is successful.

Refund Eligibility After Cancellation Limits: If your order cannot be cancelled because it has already shipped, you may still return it under our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for a full refund.
