Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Subscription Purchases (If applicable)
For customers using our auto-renew subscription:

You may cancel, pause, or edit your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

Once the next order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will apply to future renewals only.

Subscription cancellations do not incur any fees.

All subscription purchases are still covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Accidental Orders: If you placed an order by mistake, contact us immediately at support@tryopositiv.com.
We will attempt to intercept or cancel the order before processing, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails (subscription or one-time order), we’ll notify you by email so you can update your payment method. Orders are only processed once payment is successful.
Refund Eligibility After Cancellation Limits: If your order cannot be cancelled because it has already shipped, you may still return it under our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for a full refund.
